I don’t get upset too easily, however this product impressed me to put in writing a evaluation, hoping it’s going to save other patrons from losing their $$. I recently used it for the first time. I started with the vacuum mode. Nicely, that didn’t final long. The vacuum tube falls out each 30 seconds, because it twist locks in place and a budget plastic would not hold it secure. There’s imagined to be a security that kills the engine if the blower/fan access door is open. Nicely quite a few instances when the vac tube fell out on me, the door stayed barely ajar and the motor saved running. Talk about an excessive safety issue. The engine also spat and sputtered and would hardly keep running whereas using the vacuum mode. As soon as I would increase the throttle it might not want to keep running. Sure, I learn the owner’s manual and know methods to operate a fuel engine. I was using new fuel blended within the proper ratio. After absolutely no success with the vac mode, I switched to blower mode. The blower tubes fall out on a regular basis as well! This flimsy twist-lock design is worthless! Lastly, I had to resort to some duct tape to carry it in. Like others, the zipper tab on the vac bag disintegrated half way the first time I opened the bag and utterly on the second use. The deal with for vac mode is true next to the exhaust so that you practically burn yourself. On the constructive side, the engine stayed running in blower mode and I may really increase to max throttle with out it killing. It does run quieter that my final leaf blower and the engine starts up good. It’s a must to ask your self why there’s a huge supply of refurbed models being sold. After using the product firsthand, I can see why. No amazon return coverage for objects that use flammable liquids and Ryobi return coverage says item have to be unused. Nicely, what good is that? You do not get to actually experience how useless this leaf blower is till you set some fuel in it and hearth it up! I feel actually let down by Amazon. Why do I’ve to decide on one star for this product, it deserves ZERO!
