Its also worth finding out how they compare when it comes to lost luggage. Does your proposed airline lose more bags than others? Losing your luggage will add significant cost to your journey, not to mention inconvenience.

And something else to look into is whether your airline routinely over-books their flights. These days, over-booking is becoming increasingly common-place. Passengers turn up for their booked flights, in good faith, only to find their flight over-booked and no seats are left.
